Alan's Story
Alan's story is very typical of the sort of transformation we see at Keystone. Alan ran a solid company, which he had started several years previously. The company had a good team and a strong pipeline of projects. However, cash flow was always tight, and the challenges of managing people were wearing him thin. Worst of all, he had personally hit a plateau—the lack of progress was crushing him, and he had no idea how to reach the next level.
Alan learned many powerful tools from Keystone; however, one skill in particular—understanding cash-flow —made the most immediate impact. Using a cash flow maximisation tool we provided, he was able to quickly optimise his business, and within three months, cash flow improved dramatically.
